Voice Lessons
The GISD Music Enrichment Program gives each student the opportunity to take voice lessons at school for a reasonable fee of $25 per 30-minute lesson. Lessons are currently scheduled during the choir class period, but can also be scheduled over the lunch period or after school. Times are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. All choral students are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity. In each lesson, students will work on technique, practice sight-reading, prepare for All-Region auditions, Solo & Ensemble, choral auditions, and voice recitals.
If you are interested in voice lessons, please fill out both the GISD and SHS Choir paperwork and turn in to Mrs. Poligala or email them to knpoliga@garlandisd.net. Voice studios fill up quickly, so get your paperwork in soon!
